When your product saves time, improves outcomes, and reduces risk — but your message isn’t landing — it’s time to rethink your strategy. In complex, high-stakes environments like healthcare, even the most innovative software can be overlooked if the brand doesn’t clearly articulate its value.

Repositioning DoseMeRx to stand out in a complex clinical environment
DoseMeRx is leading a quiet revolution in precision dosing. As the largest Bayesian dosing platform in the US, their software is helping pharmacists individualise dosing, reduce adverse drug events, and improve patient outcomes. But despite the clinical impact, DoseMeRx’s digital presence and marketing efforts weren’t reflecting their innovation — or reaching the right people.
MindMoB was brought in to develop a strategic marketing plan to help DoseMeRx build awareness, drive engagement, and increase software uptake among U.S. hospitals.

Requirements
MindMoB worked with DoseMeRx to identify four key strategic goals:
Clarify the value proposition
Refine positioning and messaging to reflect customer pain points and product benefits — not just features.
Improve lead generation
Increase website conversion rates, optimise Google Ads performance, and create more compelling marketing content.
Elevate online presence
Strengthen DoseMeRx’s digital channels with clear messaging, proof points, and targeted content.
Support sales efforts
Provide better marketing assets to support outreach and engagement with hospital pharmacists.
Challenges
Despite their clinically proven technology and strong market potential, DoseMeRx struggled to translate their innovation into measurable marketing results due to:
Disconnected messaging
DoseMeRx’s website content focused heavily on product features, with little emphasis on pharmacist pain points or clinical outcomes — creating a lack of urgency and relevance.
Underperforming website
Despite high traffic, the website had a low conversion rate (0.8%) and high bounce rate (45%), indicating that visitors weren’t finding what they needed — or weren’t compelled to act.
Ineffective paid advertising
Google Ads leads had dropped significantly, from 35/month to just 7, and Facebook engagement was from irrelevant audiences, often accompanied by negative commentary.
Crowded and traditional market
Pharmacists were still heavily reliant on manual methods for drug monitoring — despite clear risks and inefficiencies — and were being targeted by aggressive competitors in the space.
Approach
MindMoB worked closely with the DoseMeRx team and their clinical specialists to develop a strategic marketing roadmap that aligned with actual sales conversations and real-world user needs. The 12-point plan addressed every stage of the funnel — from awareness to retention:
1. Lead nurture
Re-engage existing leads to increase conversion from 7 to 14.
2. Data management
Improve prospect tracking, segmentation and follow-up.
3. Website optimisation
Redesign UX, rewrite content and update imagery to lift conversions from 0.8% to 2–5%.
4. SEO and Google Ads
Enhance ad performance to drive quality leads (10–15/month).
5. Content development
Create clear, clinically relevant content tied to key pharmacist concerns.
6. Messaging framework
Establish compelling, consistent messaging focused on outcomes and credibility.
7. Always-on marketing
Maintain steady social and blog activity for visibility and relevance.
8. Strategic promotion
Explore targeted ad campaigns to grow reach and brand awareness.
9. Digital footprint
Increase third-party validation and visibility across relevant channels.
10. Events and webinars
Strengthen presence in clinical and industry forums.
11. Partnership leverage
Activate relationships with health tech partners and associations.
12. Customer retention
Maintain engagement through regular updates and events.
Each strategy was broken into tactical action items, designed for simple handover and implementation by the internal team.
Results
Although MindMoB’s scope was limited to strategic planning (with execution handed over to the internal team), the foundational work helped identify where DoseMeRx’s marketing efforts were falling short — and created a clear path forward.
– A more compelling and differentiated value proposition
– Practical, actionable plan for improved lead generation
– Clear messaging aligned with clinician needs
– Tools and tactics to support sales and retention
