Bringing a Cherished brand to Life

Cherished Support Services was founded on a deeply personal mission: to empower individuals with disabilities and support them in living life on their terms.  

While the heart of the organisation was clear to those within it, the outward brand didn’t convey the warmth, professionalism and purpose that defined its services. 

    Requirements

    Cherished was an ambitious organisation in a crowded sector. They needed a brand that would immediately resonate with clients, families, partners and staff. This included: 

    Build a heartfelt brand identity 

    Build a brand that felt positive and inclusive – to reflect the genuine care they bring to every client relationship. 

    Enable organisational growth 

    Give the organisation the tools to scale and communicate consistently across every touchpoint.

    Despite their groundbreaking technology and its potential impact on the emergency services sector, Hypha struggled with: 

    Disconnected brand experience

    Developing a brand that balanced professionalism with heartfelt support.

    Creating consistent, scalable assets that could grow with the organisation.

    MindMoB would have to build the brand from the ground up with care and creativity. 

    Approach

    Partnering with Cherished, MindMoB delivered a full suite of branding and marketing assets that were (most importantly) executed with heart. 

    1. Branding strategy and identity design

    Through in-depth one-on-one sessions and workshops, MindMoB helped define what Cherished stood for and how that should visually come to life. This included: 

    • Designing a thoughtful logo with a powerful message.  The stylised “i” represents the individual, supported by the curved R and S to symbolise human-led support.

    • Developing the tagline: “Support services. Here for you.” This reflects the brand’s commitment to empowering individuals and respecting their autonomy. 

    The brand identity was deliberately personal and handcrafted – balancing approachability with credibility. 

    2. Comprehensive brand rollout 

    Once the identity was set, MindMoB ensured every brand touchpoint told the story to Cherished’s audience. This included: 

    • Creating a full brand guide detailing logo use, typography, colour palette, tone and accessibility considerations.
    • Designing stationery and digital assets business cards, letterhead, name badges, email signatures and Microsoft templates.
    • Building branded social media profiles, including assets optimised for accessibility and clear engagement.

    The use of a vibrant colour palette helped reflect the personality of Cherished: positive, welcoming and passionate. 

    3. Website and brochure development 

    MindMoB then designed a user-friendly website with a strong focus on accessibility and clarity for different user groups. This involved: 

    • Structuring page layouts to support individuals with disabilities, families and referrers.
    • Developing a clean services infographic to visually explain key offerings. 
    • Integrating clear calls to action and simple navigation to support all levels of digital literacy.

    The team also created a company brochure and other printed collateral that carried the brand message consistently into the real world. 

    4. Templates and tools for programs and events

    Cherished runs numerous support programs and needed professional, consistent materials to match. 

    • Designing program flyers, event posters, participant workbooks and certificates of completion. 
    • Building templates so the internal team could create future program materials quickly and in-brand. 
    • Developing signage and banners, including a large window installation of their service offerings.

    Every asset was designed to be inclusive, easy to read and uplifting to support a real emotional connection.
